Show FUNERAL SERVICES FOR ANDREWADAMSQN Impressive services were hold at the Tabernacle hero last Friday afternoon after-noon for Andrew Adamson who died at Salt Lako. John H. Davis was In charge of tho sorvlces. Tho musical numbers wcro furnished by a doublo quartctto consisting of Mrs. Minnie Pulley, Mrs. Satnuol Grant Mrs. Lllllo Bush, Mrs. Ruth Johnson, James Martin, J. H. Davis, Wilson Cunningham and Clar-onco Clar-onco Grant. Tho oponlng song wns "Jesus My Savior" after which James Martin offered prayor. Tho quartette then sang "Beautiful Isle". James Crystal was tho first speaker. speak-er. Ho told of his early acquaintance acquaint-ance with tho deceased both In Scotland Scot-land end in this country, Prcs. J. H. Clark was tho second speaker and told of tho value ot laying up treasurer treas-urer In hcavon. James Martin and daughter, Mrs. Mlnnio Pulloy, thon sans "Jesus Lover Lov-er of My Soul." Bp. Charles Hughol ot tho Nineteenth Nine-teenth ward of Salt Lake then told ot tho deceased's religious activities whllo a member ot that wnrd In Salt I-nke. Pros, .A. J. Evano of Lohl told of his association with Mr. Adamson while ho was county survoyor. A fow closing romarks were made by J. II. Davis after which tho quar-tetto quar-tetto sang "Shall Wo Meet." The closing prayer was offered by Goo. Austin of Lohl. At tho cojnetory whoro Interment was made, J. H. Davis dedtcrted the grave. |
