Benge, n(5 years old, at 434 South Second West street, on a similar charge. Benge, it. is alleged, assaulted Iittlo Agues Caldwell of rear 51 South Fifth West street, aged 12 years, au orphan, in Pioneer square. With a revolver re-volver ho stood off three men who attempted at-tempted to detain him until tho police might arrive, delaying his arrest.
