Show y NOTICE Pursuant to 10 CFR, 205.33(a), this is to notify you that Thompson Texaco has applied to the Federal Energy- Administration for an order assigning to it a base period of volume of more than 56,000 gallons of motor gasoline per month for a retail station it intends to operate at I-70 - Thompson, Thomp-son, Utah. This retail station will be owned by Russell Busick and operated operat-ed by Russell Busick. You are invited to submit written comments to FEA In support of or In opposition to the application. appli-cation. If you oppose the application on the ground that approval of it would adversely affect your business, bus-iness, you should set forth In detail the following minimum information: 1. Your name and address. ad-dress. 2. The person or persons who have an ownership interest in the business which you allege would be advesoly affected, and the extent of each such person's per-son's ownership Interest. 3. The location of your buninon In relation to the rolail station tor which the application lor aMlgnmont wai rnado. 4 The porion or company com-pany from whom you presently purchase motor gasoline, and whether your business operates under the trademark of your supplier. 5. The volume In gallons, of motor gasoline sold by your business in each month from January 1, 1972 until the present. 6. Whether or not there is a demand for motor gasoline in the trading area in which your business Is located which cannot be met by existing retail stations. 7. The adverse effect which you believe approval of the application would have on your business. 8. Detailed factual data and Information which support sup-port your claim that approval approv-al of the application will have an adverse effect on your business. Such data and Information should Include, at a minimum, audited or unaudited balance bal-ance sheets and profit and loss statements for a recent, representative time period. FEA can consldor alleged adverse effects on your business only If such allegations are supported by the boat available data. Broad and unsubstantiated allegations of adverse Impact Im-pact will bo dinrogardod. FEA will connidor your written comments along with those submitted by the applicant and other interested inter-ested persons. If you submit written comments, you will be notified of FEA's decision. FEA may, at its discretion, hold a public hearing to consider the application, in which event you will be notified. A copy of that portion of FEA's Drocedural reaula- tions applicable to these proceedings will be furnished furn-ished upon request for your information.
