H Allred one of the pioneers of this place succumbed to general gene debility Sunday Ho was always prominent in the inthe the affairs of his home town and tho the announcement of h his death will bring sorrow to his many friends and acquaintances throughout tho the state He lIe leaves a widow and fifteen child child- ren The funeral will be held at this place beginning at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon David H. H Allred the son of William Allred and Sarah Warren was born bom bomIn In Bedford county Tenn August Augut 25 1825 The family were old Southerners and wealthy planters They joined he Latter Later Da Day Saints church in early days and went through the hardships and persecutions in Missouri and Illinois In 1861 1881 the family came cam to t to Utah in Capt David II H. Cannons Cannon's company Ir Allied Allred brought his wife wite and six children hildren They rhey reached Spring City 21 1861 1361 where Mr Allred ac- ac a large tract of ot farming fanning farmin land lie Ie e took an active part in the Black I awk war was a member of the ity council for a term of two years yeal'S and was a member of tho the high Mr Allred was first married mamed in Pike county Ill ta to Elizabeth R.
