Show LYCEUM THEATRE TO REOPEN (THE HOUSE COZY) MONDAY NIGHT, OCT. 23. The Lyceum, which has been clo3ed for several weeks on account of being destroyed by fire, will open Its doors to the public again on Monday night, Oct 23, with vaudeville and pictures. The theater is beautifully docorated inside and out, and when completed will be one of the most up-to-date and modern 10c and 20c. theaters In the west A new stage has been built to take the place of tho ono destroyed destroy-ed by fire and all new fixtures, electrical elec-trical apparatus, draperies, scenerv and stage equipment has been Installed. In-stalled. Mr J. R. Nuckols, formerly proprietor pro-prietor of the Lyceum, recently sold all his intorests in the business to Fred Hayter and Jesse Fudge, two well known1 theatrical men who como to our city highly recommended. Mr. Hayter, who takes the management manage-ment of tho house, Is an old showman, show-man, having owned and managed ;i circuit of family theaters In the middle mid-dle west up to the opening of last season, when he became Interested In road attractions. It is the Intention of the new management man-agement to give the best entertainments entertain-ments possible at all times, paying particular attention to the care of the ladies and children. Mr. Hayter wIIJ bring from the east Robert Churchill, who possesses a rich baritone voice, and who served under Mr. Hayter's management for over three years. Mr, Churchill will arrive for tho oponlng on Monday night. The Lyceum will give tbree shbws, , daily, with two complete chanses every Monday and Thursday. |
