LIPPINCOTT MADE MANAGER Charles W Lippincott, who has beon assistant manager of the Orpheiira for the past nlno months, has been appointed ap-pointed manager of the house to succeed suc-ceed Joseph F. .dss, who goes to Salt Lake next week to assume tho management man-agement of the new Rex thcator. Before going to the Orphoum Mr. Lippincott was manager of tho Lyceum Lyce-um for four years. Ho wns Bucce3sful In building up a patronage for that houso and a now theater was made possible by his business management.
